That honor belongs to Planned Parenthood. The anti-tobacco lobby has become too powerful. They are the ones that buy politicians and control the conversation. The shoddy research into second-hand smoke is touted as gospel while anyone who presents arguments against taking away the rights of smokers is deemed part of this "problem".
