The bottom line is
Bhutto was assassinated.
The Pakistan government certainly can’t say that she died accidentally from hitting her head, as the assassin was targeting one of her aides.
Security was bad, and without question, was the fault of the government.
Bhutto should never have had her head sticking out of the sunroof.
